We have specialists experience working with organisations and individuals in the UK and Overseas. We provide Tailored Organisational Development, Career Coaching, Leadership Coaching, External Consultancy, Outplacement/Talent Management, Tailored 360, Psychometrics/Profiling, Operational & Transformational Management Programs, Learning/Training Development Packages, Project Management, Facilitation and Employee Engagement.

In recent years extensive experience has been gained working with a varied cross section of industry sectors including Emergency Services, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service Industries, Not for Profit (Charities) and Further Education. This is supported by additional experience working on the MoD Resettlement, Private and Public Sector contracts.

Barbara has over 35 years of experience. Her specialist areas are designing Tailored Organisation Development Programs, Career Coaching/Consultancy at all levels including senior executive. Identifies Business Solutions, Provides Outplacement Support, Coaching for New and Established Leaders, Individual and Team Coaching/ Mentoring, Psychometrics/Profiling, Operational Management, Training & Facilitation and Business Growth.
