Sarah Barker BA Hons

Sarah is a versatile Executive Coach, Trainer and Facilitator with experience across a broad range of sectors in the UK and abroad. She has worked with international clients, coaching CEOs participating in an academically sponsored Leadership Development Programme, as well as private clients undergoing change and transition. Sarah has delivered ILM and CMI programmes as well as bespoke training, and regularly delivers outplacement training for service leavers from the Armed Forces. Sarah has a broad base of experience in public and private sector organisations working in change management for the University of Oxford, communications and stakeholder management for an Australian government agency, brand management in the magazine publishing industry, as well as vocational and professional training delivery with the Institute of Direct Marketing and a private training and management consultancy.

Heather possess extensive experience in Developing Teams and Organisational Quality standards.
Heather’s management experience extends from Manufacturing up to Strategic level, and to managing a centre delivering Resettlement Services to People leaving the Armed Forces and covering the North of England. Heather has worked as a teacher, a lecturer in FE and functioned as an External Examiner on the master’s Course in Total Quality for the University of Northumbria.
Specialization: Coaching and mentoring are key elements of all management roles, which Heather has practiced when working as an NVQ Assessor, up to Strategic Level, and as a key member of the internal assessment team for Facilitators and Guidance Workers. Worked for several years as a Quality Manager up to Divisional Head of Quality in the UK for a Blue-Chip Manufacturer. Heather has also practiced standard setting, evaluations and moderation in delivering both internal work with the Manpower Group, and up to degree level with colleges. In terms of developing teams this has been a core part of Heathers management roles and practiced this from recruitment, through team development and continuous improvement practices.

Alison is a professional with over 30 years of experience in the public sector who has specific experience in policing, training and development, facilitation, health & safety, project planning and design for education resources including IQA. Alison continues to volunteer for The Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme and recently set up her own business providing outdoor activities and training, focusing on providing guided walking for women to boost their self-confidence and well-being.
Specialization: Extensive experience in liaison with government, industry and safety organisation’s on behalf of National Police Chiefs' Council as principal liaison officer representing 43 forces of England and Wales for The National Practitioners forum for the carriage of dangerous goods by road. Extensive experience in designing and delivery of creative bespoke educational resources and interactive workshops for schools, young offenders and those not in education or training. Lecturing experience in Further Education particularly in relation to the Uniform Services Course. Experienced lead police trainer for Initial Police Learning and Development Program, which involved; implementing, delivering, mentoring and assessing to standardize accreditation and meet organizational standards.
